Orient TV only available on the Internet

Orient TV, a privately-owned TV station broadcasting to Syria from the United Arab Emirates, was reduced to broadcasting only on the Internet three times a day, after changing its broadcast frequency several times since the start of the unrest in Syria in mid-March. As a result of Syrian government pressure, its signal was repeatedly suspended on Nilesat and Arabsat, two of the satellite services that normally carry it.
